Discount Juice is the brainchild of a nostalgia chasing, Product Designer, and cereal hobbyist with good taste who misses a version of the internet that slowly slipped away from us all
I started blogging in 2010, writing posts about the things I liked, experimenting with different storytelling styles, and refining my voice. It was a great experience but it never quite became the vision that I had in my head. But the calling never left and now after a decade+ long tech career that, for a while, consumed my life, I found myself hunkered down in a tiny room in Tokyo, Japan finally answering the call of creativity. Reclaiming my corner of the internet and I am inviting you along for the journey. So pack light, we're going on an adventure.
Discount Juice is an arts and culture digital publication curated by me sharing discoveries in music, art, food, design, pop culture, and travel both from my own personal experiences/works as well as from other people and places that I find worth sharing. Whether it be a hidden record shop in Shibuya, a coffee shop that doubles as a photo studio in Bangkok, or an incredible ceramic artist in Oakland. I invite you to experience it with me.
This is your boarding pass for creative adventures, wherever they may take us both foreign and domestic. We're building something together a collection of moments, discoveries, and experiences that remind us why curiosity is the best compass you can carry.
This publication will always be free to explore, but if you want to support the adventure and unlock some extras along the way, there are a few ways to jump in. Find Out More
